Each piece is handmade using hypoallergenic, non-tarnishable metals (sterling silver, high grade stainless steel, gold-filled and gold plated).
Genuine crystal beads and pendants are hand picked and ethically sourced from trusted global vendors, alongside materials like freshwater pearls, glass, and acrylic beads.
All products are handmade to order with special care to ensure each piece passes a quality check before completion. Every NCG piece is diligently made to order, plese allow processing times of 2-4 days. If you need to expedite your order, please contact us via email.
Shipping starts at $5 within the USA, with free shipping on orders over $50.
International orders are subject to current postal rates.
To place a custom order, fill out the custom order form linked below or in the Shop Page with details about the item, crystal material(s), color scheme, theme, and any letters/numbers (max 10 characters).
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order, which will be applied to the final price. The deposit is forfeited if the balance is unpaid before shipping.
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges for sizing or clasp accessibility issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
